Contacted Monty about a car he had advertised on Auto Trader. He was quick to respond and arranged a time to view the car that was convenient for me.
When viewing the car Monty didn’t try and pressure us in any way but was friendly and informative.
The car was a high standard and was exactly as described in the advert.
When purchased I was kept informed of the progress of the service and MOT and arranged collection shortly after.
Overall a very positive experience and I would buy another car from Monty without hesitation.

From my initial enquiry, Monty at Mote Park vehicles was helpful and responsive, communicating easily with me regarding a car that had just come in. He sent a video of the car, and a few days later arranged a test drive for me at short notice on the weekend, going out of his way to accommodate me, without being at all pushy. Talking to Monty you discover that he has a quality sadly lacking in many a car salesman; he’s proud of his work, and he knows his stuff. He takes care to refinish vehicles to a high standard, doing bodywork repairs when many wouldn’t bother, refurbishing wheels and replacing missing bootliners etc, all without being asked. We didn’t actually buy the car in the end as we decided it wasn’t right for us, but based on our experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him, and we will think of him when we’re next in the market.
I did not buy the car in the end but the service was to be frank out of this world for dealership. My car broke down and I needed some cheap runner for few months. Not only they came same day to my house to show off the car but recommended another in the end from different dealership I bought as well. It is rare to find honest car dealers these days but this is one of them. 10/10 for service
This has been my best second-hand car purchase experience, by far. Monty was professional, polite and completely upfront and honest about everything with the Ford Focus I purchased. We really appreciated this approach. It's now been over a year since my purchase, and I've been very happy with the car, which has proved to be a great, reliable buy. Nothing negative to say about Mote park vehicles and Monty the owner. I had a terrible time just before as I’d bought a Mercedes from a dodgy dealer in south London that turned out to be a total dog and cost me £10K (really!). Monty at more park vehicles sold me a low mileage Volvo V40. I’ve had the car for 6 months now and I’m very pleased with it. Thank you Monty for restoring my faith when buying a second hand car. I’ll buy my next car from here as they do not buy from auctions.
